In fact, we knew heading into 2012 that we were quickly going to outgrow our current physical location. Looking to the future, we knew we were going to need to start expanding and find some new office space to use for agent workspaces and client meeting rooms.
Our first step in doing so was to take a look at our current location in the historic Carton Services warehouse at 2211 NW Front Ave. Built in 1904 the warehouse has been converted into various forms of office and retail space over the years. The bottom floor of the 3 story building has been home to M Realty (and HomeQuest) since 2005.
After weighing our options over the last few months of 2011, we decided to work with the building owner to completely renovate the existing space, while also expanding and adding room for more agents, a small training facility and our marketing production center where our design team creates beautiful marketing materials for our agents.
We began the remodel process mid-January. Here are some of the “before/during” shots:
Just this last week, we officially re-opened our doors and began holding our new accountability and training classes (click here for the schedule of classes) for agents. Here’s a gallery of shots I took this morning after our first accountability group meeting:

We now have a larger space to accomodate more agents, and in the next few weeks our training center will be completed, giving us the ability to hold more classes and seminars for both internal and external agents. If you’re in the area, stop by to say hello and check out the progress…
